Approximately one hour (Sweat) or 45 minutes (Sweat Quickie), including a comprehensive warm up & cool down stretch.
MAY I TRAIN MORE THAN ONCE A DAY?
We love the enthusiasm, but we limit training to one (1) class/day to allow your body the rest and recovery it requires. If you’re doing it right, once a day is all you need.
IS SWEAT FOR ANYONE?
Sweat is for EVERYONE! From competitive athletes and experienced fitness enthusiasts to novices focused on becoming healthier, Sweat will challenge your mind and body, safely and effectively. We have a place for you in our community, all you have to do is show up.
MAY I PARTICIPATE IF I’M PREGNANT?
Yes, but since you are partaking in extremely intense physical activity, please consult with your physician beforehand for a professional opinion and continue to check in with them throughout your pregnancy. Please also inform your Coach(es) prior to the start of class so they can monitor your training and modify accordingly.
DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE?
No. Unfortunately, we don’t.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT?
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our regularly scheduled classes. Clients under the age of 18 will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must have a parent or guardian present upon check-in.
