Sweat Athletics is offering two high-impact strength and conditioning programs designed specifically for school-aged athletes from 5th–12th grades. Whether you're raising a future athlete or simply want your child to move better, get stronger, and gain confidence — our expert coaches have them covered.
Weekly Classes Monday-Thursday
6th-8th Grade: 4:30-5:30PM
9th-12th Grade: 6:30-7:30PM
$159.00/mo or $28/class
Summer Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

This summer, we're leveling up our youth program with ovr performance. Ovr jump and ovr sprint give US real-time data to build smarter off-season training. The ultimate separator.
